Birth Doula

Throughout my trainings, classes, and networking, I have built a long list of resources to help you through pregnancy

You may also contact me as much as you please as soon as we've agreed to work with one another

Prenatal appointments at 30, 34, and 37 weeks 

During prenatal appointments, we will:

1. Discuss your birthing goals (and past experiences if applicable)
2. Explore your coping techniques & techniques that may benefit you
3. Talk through any concerns & questions you may have
4. Put together your individualized birth support & postpartum plan

Beginning at 37 weeks I will be on-call around the clock for you

I can offer birth support and labor with you until you are ready to be moved & accompany you to where you plan to deliver:

• Practice different positions to make sure you are most comfortable
• Breathing techniques to help through contractions & pushing
• Review your birth goals & hopes
• Advocate for you

I will support you in all settings, hospital, home birth, birthing center, etc.

My doula work continues even after delivery! Following the birth I will arrange two postpartum visits with you within 2 weeks of the baby's birth.

During these sessions:

• You can ask me any questions or address any concerns
• I will do a brief assessment of you & the baby's recovery
• Provide postpartum resources on a wide variety of topics including, postpartum depression, breastfeeding/body-feeding, your body's transition during PP, and more
